Everything you need to protect your family — bundled into one straightforward package.

  • Last Will & Testament or Trust

A Will explains how you want your property distributed after death, names guardians for minor children, and appoints a personal representative.

A Trust allows assets to be managed and distributed by a trustee — offering greater control, privacy, and flexibility both during your lifetime and after.

    • You decide who receives your assets
    • You choose who cares for your children
    • Your heirs get access to assets faster
    • You keep assets away from unwanted parties
  • Power of Attorney

    Financial & Medical

A Power of Attorney authorizes another person to make decisions on your behalf — for your finances, your healthcare, or both.

    • Protects you if you travel or live abroad
    • Ensures someone can act if you're incapacitated
    • You choose exactly who has authority and how much
  • Living Will

A Living Will records your wishes for end-of-life medical care, so your loved ones and healthcare providers know exactly what you want.

    • Removes uncertainty for your family in a difficult moment
    • Ensures your wishes are honored if you can't speak for yourself
    • Gives your appointed agents clear direction
